Travel and Champagne is operated by Laura Villanueva, registered in France as an independent entrepreneur. Full legal information, including SIRET number and registered address, is available in the Legal Notice section of this website.Scope of Services
Travel and Champagne provides bespoke private champagne and gastronomy experiences in France. Each experience is custom designed and confirmed based on client request and partner availability.Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit of 30% of the total amount including all taxes.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of the experience.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Travel and Champagne reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment deadlines are not respected.
Cancellation by the Client
Given the bespoke nature of the services and the advance financial commitments made with partner maisons, drivers, restaurants and venues, the following cancellation terms apply:
• More than 30 days before departure: the deposit paid, representing 30% of the total amount including all taxes, will be retained.
• Between 30 and 16 days before departure: 50% of the total amount including all taxes will be retained.
• 15 days or less before departure, or in the event of a no show: 100% of the total amount including all taxes will be retained and the booking is non refundable.
These fees reflect the actual costs and commitments incurred at the time of cancellation.
Modification Requests
Any request to modify a confirmed booking is subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. No modification is guaranteed.Cancellation by Travel and Champagne
In the unlikely event that Travel and Champagne must cancel an experience due to circumstances within its control, the client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
No additional compensation shall be due.
Travel and Champagne shall not be liable for cancellations caused by force majeure or events beyond reasonable control.
Force Majeure
Travel and Champagne shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, governmental restrictions, transportation disruption or other unforeseeable circumstances.Liability
Travel and Champagne acts as an intermediary between clients and independent third party service providers. While partners are carefully selected, Travel and Champagne cannot be held responsible for acts, errors or omissions of such providers.Insurance
Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and travel interruption.Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
