Learn the history and the art of sabering in Champagne France. I will go over the history of the sabrage which started in Champagne. I will walk you through the technique of sabering a bottle of champagne. Once you are confident you will saber the bottle with a traditional champagne saber in front of the Reims Cathedral. You will then get to enjoy the bottle that you have sabered. Sabering involves removing the neck of the champagne bottle with the blunt edge of a saber or similar object. After the sabrage, enjoy your Champagne accompanied by biscuits roses of Reims.
