Start by chilling your champagne flute or coupe - you can do this by placing it in the freezer or by placing ice cubes in the glass (I used ice cubes as I was nervous about leaving the glass in the freezer). Then you will add an ounce of Chambord. Chambord has black raspberry and blackcurrants. Fine French cognac, sweet Madagascan vanilla and fragrant herbs. Fill the glass with champagne it is a good idea to leave some room at the top of the glass in as there will be some slight fizz. Next add three raspberries. Serve immediately to your guests. This cocktail is best served chilled.
